“Taking care of yourself with Qigong” start: februari 2021
This workshop is for those who want to find a way to increase their well-being and strengthen their physical and mental abilities.
Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome to attend.
You get the opportunity to work with exercises that you can then repeat at home, until the next workshop.
To practice qigong involves regularly working with the same exercises.
We take a tea break at the end of the class.
